Going with FreshService. This is definitely my favorite one and the best price.
Horrible service. Agreed a refund and 2 weeks later it's still not been issued. No one answers their phone lies nor replies to emails.
the product is feature rich, ZERO support with onboarding.
We use Freshservice, they're correct. Freshdesk is for customer service, like supporting a product or software to external customers. Freshservice is meant for internal customer support such as IT support or anything else we're you need an internal service desk. Freshservice has things like service request forms, which are a huge distinction from a regular incident report vs a request for a service we offer such as adding a new staff person. An incident is a ticket that follows your typical SLA, a service request cannot follow your typical SLA. So for instance, a new staff request for us requires a minimum of 40 business hours lead time and is stated so on the service request form they fill out in freshservice. Freshservice is ITIL aligned so it helps us to improve our operations. We just implemented its inventory tool the other day and are still working on getting our complete inventory in there but so far that is another gamechanger for us.
We were previously using FreshService, and liked a lot about it other than the pricing, which was one of the reasons we moved to Jira.
