There are 3 big problems that I have with Pulseway. Very little automation. Limited group policy support. It is impossible to change any agent settings or group policy settings remotely. It can only be done directly on the server itself. For background I have used Pulseway for 6 months.

My company recently started using Pulseway as our RMM solution and we love it so far with the exception of the Remote Desktop feature. It's a little short on features, but our main issue is that it's so laggy that it's unusable on most servers. Every now and then it works well, but it seems to be a rarity.

I've been happy with it overall. I generally like their PSA as well. I'm running on about 50 - 60 endpoints. The mobile app is great, although there are still some quirks where some things are only on the web app, and some only on the mobile app I think.Scripting and general management of hosts is OK. One thing that I don't like is when the host is offline - you really have no visibility into anything on the end point (ie if it's offline, I can't even tell you what OS it's running or other information that would be really easy to make available. Kaspersky and Webroot integrations are good.Windows Patch management - simple, and works - but needs more configureability. It's too simple at this point which at times makes it a bit useless.Overall, I'm happy with it, and their support.
