Review:

Capsule is a highly intuitive customer relationship management (CRM) platform that allows you to manage your contacts, track potential sales, and create customized lists by filtering. Capsule easily integrates with multiple third-party applications such as MailChimp, GSuite, and various payroll solutions.

Customers will enjoy Capsule's variety of features including contact and lead management, tasks and activities tracker, storage, and reporting, as well as reporting dashboards (with filter options), mobile optimization, and the ability to schedule meetings and appointments. However, Capsule is missing a few common features that its competitors have, such as smart forms, team management, revenue analytics, and trendline reports.

Some less common features include company insights, custom support form fields, shared team email, a document library, and procurement/purchase orders that may come in handy during the sales process.

Capsule shares many standard features with our number-one ranked free CRM software, Hubspot, as well as Bitrix24 and Zurmo CRM. In contrast, Capsule is only free for up to two users with 250 contacts and 10MB of storage, while Hubspot gives you unlimited users and storage with their free plan. This means you will have to pay $18.00 per user per month if you want more contacts and storage.

All in all, if you can do without the missing features, then Capsule can be a reliable and scalable solution to help your business increase sales and improve customer relationships.

Capsule is free CRM software but with conditions: for up to two users, 10 MB of storage, and 250 contacts. However, to upgrade to a premium version, it’s $12/user/month. The benefits of the upgraded version are 2GB of storage space and 50,000 contacts. Besides, you can integrate it with applications such as Mailchimp, Gmail, or Freshbooks. In fact it can integrate with more than 33 software programs. The downside to the CRM is that it is really lacking in customer support.

Love Capsule! Simple yet powerful. And the freemium model is great.

Capsule CRM is a good solution. It integrates fairly easily with mailchimp and it's very affordable, which is perfect for a small business. Capsule is also compatible with a range of other software solutions.

Have you checked out Capsule CRM? I use them for my business. One of the best things it does is hooks right into your Gmail/Google Apps. Then you can with the click of a button store that entire email under the person's account, or you can add them to a new CRM reference right from your email. (I should say I have no affiliation with them, I just really like their product!).
