We use kixie.com connected to Hubspot for local dialing and call recording. They also handle imbound calls to groups, individuals, etc.

Service is also solid.

I use Hubspot and Kixie dialer. It's made entering anything super easy and tracking phone call number (of times), disposition, voicemail, and anything else the click of a single button.
