We LOVE FluentStream. They are a small enough company to have real people you can talk to anytime, and big enough to have the infrastructure your customers need. Plus, their CEO Joshua Elson is a damn VoIP wizard.

I had a good experience with FluentStream here in Denver. I know they do Voicemail Drop, because that was the feature my client needed, but no idea if they can do ringless.
