TRAXPayroll offers superb tracking capabilities and great report generation with almost all of the expected payroll features. This includes an employee self-service portal, automated taxes, compliance management, and having your payroll on autopilot. However, TRAX lacks email support and automatic payments.

For range of features offered, you can compare TRAX to Gusto or TriNet Zenefits, our top ranking payroll software. Users of TRAX can enjoy features such as flexible payment schedules, integrated pre-tax benefits, reimbursement calculations, and digital paystubs. However, businesses in need of built-in timesheets, accounting integrations, mobile access, and employee databases will need to turn to Gusto or TriNet Zenefits.

TRAXPayroll also offers some less common features: the ability to run bonus and off-cycle payrolls, new hire reporting, and payroll reminders. TRAX does not publish pricing, but if you get a custom quote from them, you can compare it to IRIS Payroll, which offers a similar range of features and starts at £6.50 per month, or Gusto, our highest-rated payroll software, which starts at $39.00 per month plus $6.00 per employee.
