Over the years, we've used several other payroll service companies (including the top popular companies) and have not been as happy as we are with Prime Pay. The personal service level is exemplary. The cost of service is fair. Our service representative is very easy to work with!

PrimePay has been great and they work as a team to get the job done. Any time I have had a question no matter how off the wall it has been they have been up front and honest with me and they always find me the answer. Its also nice that i cut my payroll cost in half and i'm getting more for it :0) Very happy Veteran/Business man here!!

The company I work for has been a client of PrimePay for over 10 years. I have been dealing with PrimePay for 10 years and have found my representative very friendly and willing to answer any questions I have. When I first started working with PrimePay the representative I had was leaving and the new person, Beth, was very friendly and had no problem answering any of my questions, even if it a simple answer. Since Beth left I have had 2 other representatives, and the rep we have now is very good. He handles any changes I have immediately and will email me if he has a question about the changes.

Most of the time, I do not have to deal with anyone at PrimePay - my payroll is processed and everything goes smoothly. I love it that way, BUT when things do go wrong, the folks at PrimePay have provided me with outstanding customer service. I have had to reach out recently for a variety of issues and each time my concerns have been handled quickly and effectively.

So far I rate them a 0. Two days till taxes due and error on their part not resolved despite repeated emails. Incredible stress during the already most stressful weeks of my work year.
