Not an owner yet, but have really enjoyed using Breadcrumb POS. The only complaints I’ve heard have been from the kitchen, I guess it prints tickets kinda weird.

We recently installed Breadcrumb POS with Upserve a few months ago, and our employees have loved it so far. Customer service has been very responsive, and the interface is simple and great for aesthetics. We don't have a kitchen, however, so can't comment much on the kitchen tickets.

Yes. Upserve POS has an offline feature that is automatically activated when the system detects a break in your internet connection.
