I purchased the software and now I can't access the software and nobody answers my emails and I can't get through on the phone. My ticket was responded to but was of no help. Why is it that when I had a trial there were people who would call me on the phone to see if I needed help but once I paid for the product, nobody will talk to me on the phone. Each day I can't use the software is costing my business money. Will you be setting up a time to speak with me in person to help me with this software or will you be refunding my money and all the money its costing my business? Thank you. It was a quick phone call that I needed and solved my problem.

I am very disappointed. I have been trying to download my $99 version to no avail!

It's the worst software I have ever encountered. The company has horrible customer service they were disrespectful and rude. The false promise of being able to manage a database is not true, they could not in 3 attempts even help me get it loaded on my computer. I would not recommend the software or company to my worst enemy.
