I signed up for Zumper Pro thinking that it would be a useful way to screen my tenants credit and background check. I immediately had a possible tenant submit the application and needed info. They paid the money to get me the screening that I needed but when I went in to retrieve the document's it said that it could not "verify me" even though it recognized my login and password and all security questions. I called the "support number" and got a voicemail each time telling me to e-mail them with issues. When I e-mailed them I got a canned response that did not help me at all. I think this service may be a scam. My tenant paid for the reports but we have never gotten to access them. I had to pay another company for the same reports. DO NOT USE THIS ZUMPER PRO
