I use MyRental from CoreLogic. I get a 35% discount that passes on to the tenants through my Realtor board. It is very comparable to MySmartMove. If I didn't get the discount, I would compare those two and the one that Cozy uses and use whichever I felt gave me the best report. The background check and credit report are the only application fees I charge, so I wouldn't feel bad if it was a little pricey for the applicants.
