This is turning into a real soap opera.Oh well, I put my SIM back in my spare phone and called to cancel. I'll have Comcast installed next Tuesday. I was just hanging on to that line for the sake of convenience.I do feel bad for rural customers that have very limited options. IMO, VzW is missing the boat here. I understand and agree with going after the UDP rental industry. They can surely come up with something for rural customers who aren't putting that much strain on the network. Seems like a missed opportunity to build some brand loyalty and gain some positive PR.

Thanks for the information, but we are still very happy with our Verizon service at the moment, and have no intentions of changing providers.
