Reflect CRM Basic
Reflect CRM Plus
Reflect CRM comes loaded with all of the standard features that you would expect from a CRM platform, including lead management, reporting, and a deals tracker.
We ranked Reflect ninth on our list of free CRM platforms because it is missing several common features like a G Suite integration for Google users, an app for mobile devices, smart forms, and Kanban visualization. Reflect also lacks the ability to send bulk emails, send email notifications, manage teams, attach files, and generate sales reports.
One useful feature that Reflect does have is support for multiple sales pipelines, which is only found with higher-ranking options like Freshsales and Bitrix24. However, Reflect CRM does not offer any of the advanced features that Bitrix24 includes, such as web conferencing, multi-channel messaging, and call transcription.
ReflectCRM may be a good option for sales teams with basic customer relationship management needs, but the lack of mobile access is a significant limitation. It is also too limited to be used for email marketing in any way, but as a simple sales/deals tracker, it is an efficient solution with no cost. Businesses with more complex CRM needs should check out Hubspot, which is also free and has more than twice the amount of features.
