I recommend Experian Connect. For $14.95, get a secure link to your credit report, that you can then share for 30 days with a googol of potential landlords (which is way more than you will probably need).

I use Experian Connect for the credit report. The advantage is that the applicant pays Experian directly and you get access to their credit report through their portal, so you know it's legit. Personally, I would never trust a copy provided by a tenant. In theory Experian pulls eviction history and judgments as well, but from my experience it's not as reliable in that area for evictions and background information.

I use experian Connect. I have them sign a release with their email address and an explanation of the notice they will receive and the cost. Then I submit my request and it’s up to them to pay for it.

I have used Experian Connect in the past with pretty good success rate.
