We use mHelpDesk. It's typical SaaS, but when we jumped on board the price was right. And it handles our needs fast enough.

Pricing is fair, downtime has been minimal in the few years we've been using it, and it has the clunk slowness of basically any web app. But it helps to keep us organized. And it offers my favorite feature: you can export the entirety of your customer and ticket information in a massive CSV file—if you really want to move someplace else at some point.
