Review:

Appointy is one of the most comprehensive scheduling software suites on the market. Unlike many of its competitors, Appointy offers both online payments and point of sale (POS) payment processing with multi-location support, Google bookings, website integration, social media integration, and more. They also offer a free plan and free trials.

While Appointy has an impressive list of features, many of these are not included in the lower-tier plans, such as SMS messaging and staff logins. The software also limits the number of users or staff members and only the Enterprise plan offers multi-location support and a dedicated booking portal.

Pros:

• There is a dedicated Appointy app for staff and customers.

Cons:

• Many of the key features are not available on the lower-tier plans.
• The software does not include inventory management or staff scheduling.
• Appointy's plans limit the number of users or staff members per location.

Reputation:

On G2, Appointy received a user rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars based on the opinion of over 20 people. In general, reviewers were impressed with the software, especially its easy-to-use interface and adaptability to multiple business types. Only one or two users felt that Appointy would benefit from additional integrations such as Microsoft Outlook.
