Since the software is designed for call-out businesses as opposed to store-based businesses, it includes a crucial set of tools not found in many other scheduling software apps. What sets Housecall Pro apart is the ability to send and accept estimates, schedule and dispatch employees, process payments on-site, and track job costs.

Pros:

Some users felt that the photo uploading software was clunky and slow, also mentioning that photo downloads can only be done individually and not as a set.
