My account with AnyMeeting was renewed without any notification. In addition, the rate was increased by 25% without any notification. There is no option to turn off auto-renewal in the account settings.Simply stating that the terms of service indicate auto-renewal without any notification is permissible, is horrible customer service at best and an unethical business practice. Canadian residents were asked to start a live chat to resolve customer service issues. When I requested a refund upon receiving my credit card statement, I was told this would not be possible. I will be escalating this issue and would not recommend this company in the future. There are many other options available at much better rates and with a much higher level of customer service.

AnyMeeting is the worst service for conference calling, online seminars, presentations. We signed up for their $79.00 per month package, and once they'd got my money the support stopped. The telephone number is just a service manned by old ladies with no technical knowledge, and no way of contacting AnyMeeting. They just wait for him to call in, they said. Emails are not answered. It was such a shame, as it all looked better than the provider we're using at the moment. But it was too good to be true.

I subscribed on Jan 15, 2015, and since then—on three different occasions when I've attempted to log in—I've been told that I do not have an account. Last night a client called and needed some help walking through a process. I attempted to log into AnyMeeting, and got the 'no account' message. I'm very unhappy and sent an email to cancel. Of course there is their no-refund policy, so I'll share my AnyMeeting experiences to cover my losses.
