TenantCloud shines at overall property and tenant management. Maintenance requests, property details, messaging platform, etc. I’ve used Tenant Cloud for a while now and am happy.

This started off great. Easy to make a marketing site and get my unit listed. That's where the good times ended. I was unable to move in a tenant and after a week fighting customer service to give more then a scripted answer I've given up and will be looking for different software. The accounting section of this software is nearly useless. If you have more then 1 or 2 properties the manual operations to maintain this software makes it useless.

I like TenantCloud, it is user friendly, very well put together and easy to start up. I tried few cloud softwares and none of them had the ease of use and functionality as TC has.

Extremely easy to learn how to use regardless of tech expertise. A few years ago you would have had to pay thousands of dollars for this level of functionality and it's 100% free to use #progress

This is how property management software should be built. It's free for anyone with a small portfolio of rental properties, and you can pay a few bucks to get some fancy reports or to have some high-bandwidth internet-based features like websites, templates, etc. Hands-down the best platform I've seen for anyone managing a portfolio of rental properties.
