Great setup. Great for a small business. Great setup and good service overall.

Simple and effective. I've accessed around 20 different POS solutions from the marketplace, and have discovered that Bluefish is the easiest to use and implement with our Magento system. It is also the only one in the market that offers full two-way communication between the POS and our Magento website / backend. The only solution with full Magento integration. After researching what seemed like an endless amount of POS solutions, Bluefish was the only one on the market that offered full two-way integration with Magento. Also the only one that didn't expect me to abandon my Magento back-end, or change any of my business processes. 100% recommended, and fantastic support from this company.

Excellent multi-store POS system. When opening our own climbing equipment and clothing stores within our existing indoor climbing centre businesses, it was clear that our leisure management POS system would not cope with the different model. Having tried several systems, we chose Bluestore and haven't looked back. Having worked with a variety of retail organisations, from small independents to high street multiples, it was clear to me that Bluestore had focused on the core functions of their system, delivering a very functional and user-friendly POS system. It has been impressive to watch the development of Bluestore over the last two years, adding functionality, always fully pre-tested. Of course, there have been the odd issues, and again, this has proved Bluestore to be very professional in their support. Issues have been dealt with quickly and successfully. We are a business which operates bricks & mortar premises 84 hours per week, and the availability of support outside normal working hours has been very gratefully received. The reporting side of the system has never failed to give the information required, and again has been building over time to include even more critical information. In short, Bluestore has provided our stores with all the functionality you would expect from a high-end POS provider. They deserve to stand shoulder to shoulder with much longer-established companies out there.

Great value POS with very helpful support We're a greengrocer and wholefoods shop, and we've been using Bluestore for over a year now. Having converted from an old Casio cash register, it has proved to be one of the best decisions we have made as a business. The POS is nice-looking, fast and reliable, and quick to learn. The web-accessible console is great for when we're away from our shop. We're just working on our e-commerce in Magento, which integrates beautifully with Bluestore at no extra cost (which is a big difference to the competition!). Jeremy and Rhiannon have always got back to us quickly with detailed help whenever we've run into problems. Indeed, once the supplier maintenance/purchasing features have been added in the next release, Bluestore will be hard to beat!
