CoAdvantage is a mid-ranking professional employer organization (PEO) that specializes in managing HR processes and duties. With CoAdvantage, users can develop compensation and benefits packages, file W-2s and 1099 forms, make direct deposits, and track employees' time off.

Users will enjoy CoAdvantage's many primary features, including employee onboarding, applicant tracking tools, a company directory, and multi-state payroll. In addition, CoAdvantage provides employment law compliance, guidance, and administration support.

However, CoAdvantage is missing many features offered by top-competitors like Alpha Staff and Paychex. These missing features include supervisor training, a health reimbursement account, digital pay stubs, and insurance consulting. Furthermore, CoAdvantage users don't have access to a dedicated risk management help center and are not able to process weekly and bi-weekly pay frequencies.
