If you want to stay away from a complex ATS, then Workable will work great for you. It provides a flexible interface to track and manage candidates and its very easy to integrate with other platforms. You can easily post jobs on multiple job boards, which includes some of the big job boards as well. You can easily choose prospects without the tedious activity of going through the resumes one by one as it filters out resumes according to your parameters.

Madison Nat - quora.com

Pros: Excellent platform for the recruitment of employees. It has a fast and very understandable interface. Easy to use and provides good application and communication templates. Cons: Some problems with the development of tabletime, and the product could be a bit expensive. But when you use it, you realize the help it gives you. Hopefully correct some technical flaws and keep updating. Overall: Good strategies for control in the search for employees. We are happy with this platform.

Workable is honestly great. Super simple and straightforward pricing. Couldn't recommend it more, and have it used in two separate places.

I use Workable (about 50 people in our company) and it isn't perfect, but it is very good compared to the competition. Support is responsive as well. It isn't cripplingly expensive. Overall I'd recommend it.

Peroni - news.ycombinator.com

I implement Workable at every single company I work/consult with. It's insanely easy to use, incredibly intuitive and makes life so much easier for everyone involved in the hiring process.
