@eClinicalWorks I would say your service is pretty bad-I wouldn't recommend eClinicalWorks to anyone----BAD!
eClinicalWorks' support is lacking, but they are priced right and can be customized pretty easily for templating, etc.It seems like once you get involved with one, making a switch to another is a completely over-the-top expensive and time-consuming ordeal. Once complete, you'll discover that things don't work like they were advertised and employees start wishing they were using the old system.
The techs behind eClinicalWorks are a joke. A customer had a major migration to them last year and every MSI they sent to us for installing it was broken or would crash the PC. They managed to get a half-functional one to us a week before go-live. It still required us to run repairs after installing it and they refused to fix that a half a year later. This is all on the hosted version of course.
