We use Vector Security, both monitoring and cameras, and vehicle GPS. Been great so far, it takes the cops longer to get there than for Vector to figure out what's going on. How do I know? We had an ex employee come back one night and thought he'd help himself to some handheld stuff. Got his feelings hurt by handcuffs. And the judge.

We bought a house with an existing alarm system and are using Alarm Relay to monitor it. Customer service was pretty good and their prices were low compared to other alarm companies. Whatever you do, do not use Vector Security. They are a cancerous company who will try to hold your alarm system hostage if you try to switch to another monitoring service. Vector is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
