May I recommend a podcast I just wrapped up? It is called The Startup Podcast and it is truly a unique show. While the newer 'seasons' are interviews with startups, the first season (starting with episode 1), is all about the creation of the Gimlet Media podcasting company. You literally listen to this guy start up his business. You listen to the hard conversations with his wife, how they were naming the company, lousy pitches to VCs, and odd things happening along the way that pushed the company into Internet stardom. If you cannot tell, I was very impressed :-)
