HoneyBook is an intuitive platform with a host of features to help run your business efficiently, nurture leads, and improve customer relationships. Aside from the general business management tools one usually finds with this type of software, HoneyBook offers additional features such as team workflows, online invoicing, and one-click payments.

With that said, HoneyBook does not have a point-of-sale or built-in inventory management; therefore, businesses that sell retail products will have to utilize the Zapier integration to pair with a suitable external app. In addition, HoneyBook does not offer a free plan like many of its counterparts.

Pros:

• HoneyBook is available on Android and iOS.

Cons:

• There is no free plan available.
• Customer support is limited to live chat.
• The app lacks a built-in POS, inventory management, and advanced employee management tools.

Reputation:

HoneyBook has a D- rating on Better Business Bureau and an average of 1 out of 5 stars based on two customer disputes, which centered around billing and collection issues. On Trustradius, the platform has a rating of 8.8 out of 10 based on over 20 reviews, while on G2, it scored 4.5 out of 5 based on more than 80 reviews.

The majority of customers praised the platform's end-to-end capabilities, ease of use, and automated billing system. However, there were several complaints about costly transaction fees, as well as poor team collaboration and customer service.
