I’ve tried to cancel twice now and they keep charging me. Now I’m going to be disputing it with the credit card company. They are either super unorganized or unethical. Either way don’t start as they don’t seem to ever be willing to let you stop.

Buyer beware. The solution they offered me didn't work. First, they said it was a known software bug that would be resolved in 2 days; then they said they had given me the wrong tracking code. Sales and support both agreed to cancel my account, and assured me I would not incur any charges. As soon as I hung up the phone, I was immediately charged for the failed service. So I send an email- they again assure me it will be refunded. The next day I get an email receipt crediting me for the charge, but when I check my bank statement, they actually charged me a second time instead of issuing the refund.

Poor customer relations. Far better platforms available. do the research before signing up....note, they don't bother to tell you if you would like to leave they hold you hostage for 30 more days....rip off.
