Clio is fine. Not perfect. The transition costs to another program would be too high anyway.

I'm a Clio user solely because of the integrations with other services. Nothing else had what I needed.

We ultimately went with Clio and overall it's great. For one, it makes it so easy for our clients to pay their bill and pay retainers. Clio is absolute magic mainly due to its ability to connect to other programs, or even programs you write yourself. There are definitely some downsides to Clio. It's reporting features aren't that great, and sometimes even downright inaccurate. Support is another issue.
