This company does a good job. That is the reason they have been in business for so many years.

When my firm isn't doing the incorproation, I send folks to http://incorporate.com. I've used them myself in the past for side businesses and find them generally fair-priced and helpful. You could indeed do worse.

As far as creating the S-Corp on your own, I strongly recommend going with someone like Company Corporation (https://www.incorporate.com/) Their fees are small in comparison with the time you save, not to mention your chances of making a mistake on the filing and spending hours down the road fixing it are just not worth the few hundred dollar savings.

I use "incorporate.com" - they have great customer service. I found Clerky didn't provide enough information and, once you've started the process there is no going back (no overview of process - one of those horrible click "next" button jobs with no way of seeing what you will need to provide, choices to make, etc.). Furthermore, Clerky only provides email support with an average turnaround of 36h. If you're starting out, I'd advise speaking with a lawyer & a firm that has customer service. For example, I had a question re share quantity and how to calculate taxes. All I had to do was ring Incorporate.com & they gave me direct line to Delaware tax office (corp section). The person there then walked me through how to download the tax estimate Excel sheet. That's how I like to do things. Too much automation when you're taking important steps can cause you legal fees and headaches down the line.
