I have dealt with IC Systems personally. They will not remove or update the listing until you dispute it with the credit bureau with proof of payment. even then, all they will do is update it to paid listing the date as the date of dispute. Credit will still be harmed. Save your credit rating and have your lawyer send them a letter as well as Sprint. The contract was not legal unless your wife consented to it, period. Which means you don't owe the debt. Do not pay them if you don't owe it.

Monday I got a letter from IC Systems stating that I owed $1864 to Kindercare. I've never had a child in a Kindercare facility. I've pulled my credit reports and this debt isn't on there. I'm writing them a letter disputing it, which I will send certified, but is there anything else I should do? I'm assuming they're looking for someone who's name is close to mine, but a little Googling revealed a ton of complaints about this place.
