One word, Hexnode. Got all the bells and whistles and still very much affordable. We have a little over three thousand devices: iPhones, Android, Macs and Windows workstations. We'd tried out Airwatch, Jamf, MobileIron, Manageengine and Maas360. Hexnode beats them to punch. DEP, VPP, Android Enterprise, all integrations are smooth. Only gripe I have is that Apple Watches are not yet supported.
