Look at AUTOsist. Its actually too much info for me and didn't like typing on my phone all the time but i would still highly recommend it and their support is great.

Late to the party, but AUTOsist is a great app to keep track of vehicle maintenance. Also can track your fuel economy my car already automatically does that.
