Workday has been the most robust for me. We currently use it for everything except payroll. For recruiting, we use workday and it's integrated with lever, which works well.
I agree with this. Workday is an amazing system, but for the love of god, don’t use it for payroll.
Our organization launched Workday this year. I agree with those above that it is wonderful. The only caveat I would include is that it may depend on the complexity of the organization. We have found there to be some shortcomings in relation to the complexity of our company and Workdays ability to manage those aspects. With that, I have yet to see a system that has a great UI and can handle exceptionally complex organization structures so take that with a grain of salt. Overall, I think Workday is wonderful and certainly an industry leader.
