Tapclicks, since I'm using it I've saved 1000 years of work
We have a ton of partner integrations with them. We use them for client facing dashboards across a very large organization. It works well. Support has been solid.
I worked on the vendor side where a client of ours was also a client of tapclicks. Overall worked well, we ftp'd our data in. They had an internal migration that could have been handled better. My biggest complaint was when they weren't able to create a vendor specific login for us to QA the client's data appearing in Tapclicks. I had to rely on screenshots from the client. Very inefficient. Their customer service is good, their tech team needs improvement.
We've been using them for some agency reporting with adwords, social ads, google analytics, etc. for about 4 months. The integrations they have are very clean and even when they aren't, their support team has been very responsive. Building out your dashboard templates for clients can be a little tricky at first but once you're setup, you can create a client report with just a few clicks. They were a little pricier than some of the other solutions we looked at but their platform has helped us cut the monthly reporting turnaround process to a couple of days from an average of 7 days when doing them manually.
