As I've been using ShipWorks for over a decade now, I'm a big supporter. Having made my life simpler from Day one, it facilitates easy aggregation of orders from multiple selling platforms, bringing all order into one program for easy shipping, processing, order and customer updating. Can have a learning curve for doing custom stuff, but is generally easy to pick up and accomplish. I find their support staff great to work with. Recommended for vendors on multiple selling platforms.
I have been using ShipWorks for over 10 years. They know what "customer support" is from the customer's perspective.Any technical issues I had in the past were resolved in very timely manner.I would highly recommend ShipWorks for any online merchants.
I just switched to Shipworks which I love and highly recommend. Saved me a ton of time.
