My wife and I just closed on our first home in Boston, and got our mortgage through Reading Cooperative Bank. They offered us a very competitive rate, but more importantly, their customer service throughout the whole process was incredible. We worked with Stephanie J. She was great at letting us know what we needed to do and when, and keeping us on schedule to close on time. Since this was our first home, we had lots of questions, and Stephanie was always available to answer them. Really, we couldn't have asked for more.
I have been with RCB for 20 + years. There is no better bank,ATM no fees and no fee checking. My Dad started me on RCB when they were one small building in Reading. Now they are growing and their employees are top notch. Even when my debit card was compromised they notified me immediately and issued a new one!! They caught it before I did. There is NO other bank that treats their customers better :) I enjoy going to the bank and talking to the clerks and hearing about their lives and what is going on within the bank as to new items etc. Keep up the great work RCB!!!
They are a 5 star rating for me. Two locations in Wilmington, my town, is a plus. No fees is even better. Early hours for drive thru is awesome. Friendly staff what more could you ask for. Oh yes love how you can now deposit cash without using envelopes in the ATM. Keeping up with the bigger banks makes me keep them. Over 25 years with them and just keeps getting better. Reading Cooperative Bank keep up the food work.
I opened my first bank account with Reading Cooperative Bank when I had my first job as a paper girl for the daily times chronicle. I think that was about 24 years ago! Though I've moved a distance from Reading Coop branches, I still love having my bank account with them and banking online! Their customer service is fantastic, and no matter if it's stopping in or calling over the phone, everyone you speak to makes you feel like you are their top priority. Thank you for your awesome service over the years, and in years to come!
I have been a member of RCB for years!! Everyone of the staff at both Wilmington branches are caring and very helpful. I have not gone to the branches out of Wilmington, but have called the main office. They answer any questions and always solve the problem in a caring manner.
