OSTicket is great but if you use WHMCS, I would recommend using the integrated ticket system it provides. We use it and we find it to be great. Simple but serves what both the staff and clients need.

I'd like to recommend osTicket. It's an open source ticket system and can be run on your own server (just using PHP & MySQL). It's pretty simple but very powerful. It doesn't have its own app but it can be accessed by any device that has a browser.

+1 for osTicket, been pretty rock solid for us since we set it up, although they've been a bit lacking in updates lately but when they do come out they are trivial to install.
