Edit: http://www.amazon.com/OneSimCard-Plus-International-one-Compatible/dp/B002ZJ5EDC Free one day shipping if you have prime. That's what I used. I lost money on it because I put too much credit on it which eventually expired. If you're careful with that its not too bad an option.

FAQs:

Will OneSimCard work on older (2G) phones?

Yes, it should work on older phones. However, some countries have started operating on newer and faster 3G and/or 4G technologies and have discontinued operations of the 2G mobile networks.

These countries are no longer supporting 2G technology:

  • The United States.
  • Australia.
  • Canada.
  • Japan.
  • Myanmar.
  • South Korea.
  • Thailand.

Can I still receive calls on my regular phone number while traveling abroad?

Yes, you can. As your OneSimCard international SIM card comes with two numbers (European and US, Australia or UK number), simply set your regular numbers to be forwarded to the number on your SIM card. Different carriers use different ways to program the call forwarding feature, so it is best if you test it a few days before your trip or call your wireless carrier for further assistance.

Another way is to order the unlimited Personal Extra Numbers (PEN), for local or toll-free numbers, if you haven't activated it right away. This is available to all of the International SIM cards offered by OneSimCard. Options include numbers within the US, Canada, Australia, UK, France, Italy or Spain and it lasts for 30 days. You can set up your regular numbers to forward calls to PEN. The calls received through PEN will be charged an additional $0.20 per minute to the incoming rate of the country you are in. Calls received through a UK-Mobile PEN will be charged an additional $0.25 per call.

Which is cheaper in terms of voice rates - mobile or landline?

Similar and affordable rates per minute apply whether calling a mobile phone or a landline using OneSimCard.

Can I use my OneSimCard International SIM in Singapore?

Yes. The OneSimCard international SIM card works in Singapore. The SIM card will work on phones using 3G/WCDMA networks, specifically the ones with 3G/WCDMA/HSDPA/UMTS 2100 frequency. You can contact your mobile carrier to inquire about this specification.

Do you have foreign language translation services?

Yes. This feature is available with the Universal SIM and the Expedition SIM, under the Global Concierge Service. Simply dial +372991 or 00372991 from your OneSimCard enabled phone at any time. The foreign language translation service is available in over 90 languages and you can view the list of countries here.

What is your Refund and/or Return Policy?

Consumed airtime volume is non-refundable, as well as the airtime consumed on misdialed calls, SMS messages sent to recipients (whether delivered or not), the minutes used for calls to Customer Service, expired SIM Cards with a positive balance, or if there is an unused account balance when the Service was terminated.

On the other hand, you may return an unused phone or OneSimCard SIM card thirty (30) days after shipment provided the following conditions are met:

  • No calls were ever placed to or from the mobile phone issued;
  • All airtime credits are intact;
  • The phone or OneSimCard SIM card is in the original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all related accessories.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied and the shipping charges will not be refunded. The returned merchandise will not be accepted unless a Return Authorization (RA) has been requested and issued by the Customer Support department. The RA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box in order to be processed.
