The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) announced the launch of New and Small Business Assistance and Compliance Assistance Toolkits webpages late last month. This follows feedback received from small business owners voicing their need for these tools.

These new online tools assist American small businesses, new businesses and workers with simple resources that provide critical Wage and Hour Division (WHD) information, as well as links to other resources.
