I recommend them based on overall responsiveness, as well as individuals in the company that have gone above and beyond to respond to, or rectify issues I was dealing with related to coverage or claims. I know I could probably save a few bucks by switching, but every time I've needed them, I received a resolution. I'd rather pay a little more and get better service.

I have a Nationwide policy. No complaints from me but I haven't had a claim yet. Honestly I'd just go with the cheapest policy (make sure you're comparing apples to apples) you can find for something standard like personal auto or home because they all essentially provide the same coverage.
