They constantly forgot to submit my quarterly reports. I called and spoke with Anita. She had no idea why they weren't submitted. She told me she would call me back. I told her I had an urgent deadline. She never called back. I then called and ask for help to print tax documents. I had the misfortune of speaking to Josh. He either hates his job, hates customers or was having a really bad day. He basically told me to print it myself. I told him the documents were not populating for me, and he still refused. I finally asked for his supervisor. Jennifer was awesome and took care of things promptly.
