Cons: The manual accrual feature does not allow for mass editing and has to be done individually which is time consuming.

I honestly could not recommend Kronos. Support is expensive, for the absolute basic 8x5 support contract it was just shy of $8k/yr for our 200 user on-prem deployment. I ran into at least a dozen times over a 3yr period where we'd call for support & they'd pull the "this will be a billable configuration change" card & on top of it they wanted $12k to assist with a version upgrade (not to perform, but to help with planning & be on-hand for support during).

Kronos. It's frantic as heck when those Sunday mornings to schedule your next pay period hit 0800 and everyone's keying their schedule in. They recently upgraded the platform to be Adobe Flash based so it's slow as heck and doesn't work with their old iOS/Android apps that's designed for it though or your basic browser on your mobile phones.
