I highly recommend Kickserv! We have been using it for about a year and a half with very few problems (mostly operator errors, which the Kickserv Team walks us through—graciously I must say). It was so easy to set up and start using (the free trial helped!). We were even offered a free training initially which launched us perfectly from the start. The interface is very, very easy to use. It has a lot of features we don't use because we don't really need them, so that is probably to our benefit because our learning curve was barely noticed after using other field software. It integrates with our Quickbooks Online that keeps that pesky double data entry down to a minimum. Do definitely love the Stripe integration as well, which is extremely competitive when it comes to merchant fees. This is a huge, huge benefit, especially if you have priced other merchant service vendors. Because we are really, really small (there are two of us), the cost is very affordable. The customer service is excellent. We can either use the built-in contact feature or call; either way we get a qualified CSR that gets us straightened out in a hurry PST. Overall, can't say enough good things about this product and would recommend it to anyone with a small business like ours to keep things running efficiently and smoothly. L-O-V-E my Kickserv!
