We use IQMS and love it. They provide training for the end users all the way up to system admins that will be maintaining the databases.

We use IQMS. It can be tailored to fit just about any business. When we repack, it captures the cost of any labor involved plus materials and adds it to the overall cost of that lot number. It can be configured a few ways. It has been buggy as hell, but its almost fixed and the bugs haven't bothered day to day stuff. Supports mobile devices, and has an android app (which is great). Has a portal for customers, employees, etc. We have 150+ using the software, 55 machines tied into it, 55 android devices, 12 printers, 30 computers, and it all works quite well.
