High Line, owned by NEOGOV, is a payroll and time and attendance software solutions provider. High Line's fully integrated, configurable solutions make provision for all aspects of human resources and talent management.

High Line does not provide pricing information on their website.

According to our rankings, High Line is a mid-tier payroll platform when it comes to its feature range. It has plenty of useful payroll software features but lacks items such as compliance management tools, vacation/leave tracking, and payroll on autopilot.

High Line is missing a few common features, such as mobile access, digital paystubs, and paperless employee onboarding, which ezPaycheck and other competitors offer. They do offer two features that are harder to find, namely record keeping and tools for new hire reporting.

High Line does not make its pricing available, although you can contact them and ask them for a quote. Our top-ranking software Gusto and Zenefits have nearly every payroll feature, and cost $39.00/mo + $6.00/mo./employee and $14.00/employee/mo., respectively. High Line is sufficient if you are looking for automated taxes and support for multiple pay rates, but it may fall short if you need more advanced payroll features.
