Currently with Guardian. Wife had Guardian for at least 10 years now and we have never really had an issue with them. Monitoring is good, nice call response times.

I purchased a home in late 2015 and set ups service with their company because the previous home owner already had their equipment installed. I was told a 5 year agreement was my best option. This seemed reasonable because I never thought I would be relocated. When I lost my job I ended up getting an offer in another state. I have paid for a full year of service while living elsewhere due to their refusal to close my account. They have repeatedly told me it is my fault that I have been relocated and now live in a building that does not allow modifications to be made and so I am responsible to buy out my contract for over a grand. I have never spoke to worse customer service department. The supervisor was inconsiderate and completely unreasonable. So do not use guardian protection services there are so many great options out there now that do not require any contract at all. It's a shame that a company who's located in the community they serve treats there customers this way. Especially when they have legitimate extenuating circumstances. So do not use @GPSProtects. There are better places to spend your money.

I use Guardian Protection Services. Great company. In my area anyway. I have no idea how they are in the rest of the U.S. but, they are A#1 here. Never any problems. Their tech support and info & repair service is great, prompt and reliable.
