I've been with GeoOp for years, always had problems with the program but persisted as we had all of our job history on file. That is until they decided overnight to more than double my subscription. What an inconvenience to move elsewhere and lose that data. Having said that, i'm more than happy to make the switch as I refuse to be extorted by this greedy company.

I am new to scheduling and to Geoop and have found the package very easy to use. Any issues I need help with aren't issues for long as there is plenty of information at my fingertips with the help button. Today I had the pleasure of initiating an instant chat session with an operator who responded within minutes and ensured I had the information and understood how to implement it before we ended the chat. I thought I had a huge learning curve to overcome to become proficient in this part of my job, but thanks to Geoop and their customer service I already look like a professional!

Initially i was only using GeoOp for the job management side - apart from the fact that the app just closes when trying to schedule an appointment it is actually pretty good. When i started using the invoicing side i realize that the system is not very good.. there is alot of gaps and it doesnt flow well into your accounting system. There are also no templates for your emails to customers making it very time consuming.

We turn over a lot of jobs in our business and had to find a solution to be extremely efficient on the admin side of things. This certainly has ticked those boxes. With small jobs this works great, with larger jobs that go over a number of weeks tracking the expenses is messy and we had to continue using our spreadsheets. Other than this top application, would highly recommend.
