Overall great app easy to use. Works well in an outpatient hospital setting. It would be nice however if there were expiration alerts available for all users and not just the account holder. This would allow for more people to be vigilant to help remove expired items. The ability to also add multiple expiration dates to one inventory item would be valuable too. We have a variety of lot numbers with different expirations. The simple alerts for the various location help to keep us compliant when we get audited.

Great app overall!!! A very useful website now made on-the-go! easier access to my company's inventory files wherever I am! Have been using the site for over a year, overall, EZ Office Inventory is a great tool to keep track of your inventory and be ready for annual inventory checks!

I would recommend EZOfficeInventory. It's a cloud-based software - a complete asset management solution. You can opt for both pricing plans i.e. Monthly and Annual. EZOfficeInventory can also provide you a customized pricing plan.

Have you tried EZOfficeInventory? It has a host of budgeting/forecasting features and a lot more. And if the automated reports do not suffice, you can generate custom reports as per your needs. They offer a free 15-days trial so you can see if it best fit your demands.

I am starting with EZOFficeInventory as this was what we had prior to me coming on board. I honestly have to say, I hated it. As a disclaimer, our side note our account has since been suspended as we haven’t paid for their product since I arrived. The interface and functionality were so restricted at our tier (if I remember right, we had the silver, but we could have had the gold tier). Pricing for the product seems abnormal for the device to user ratio. But the major reason is, the integrations and features they offered did not make any sense with our current in-place systems. Our primary SAML system is Okta, and while they do integrate with that, they only integrate at the Platinum level or higher. They integrate with Zendesk, Dropbox, and a few other services. Along with that, their interface seems second rate.

Try EZOfficeInventory! It makes the audit process a lot easier with its features to request asset audit and verify equipment possession from the staff users. It works smoothly with barcode/QR code scanners. You can check out the features and pricing plan (starting at $320 and under $2K annually) P.S. For document tracking, that's a NO.
