eMaint CMMS Reviews:
It's been 10 months now that I have been using eMaint and I am very impressed with it. Emaint was excellent in addressing our account issues which was the main problem. There is still much to learn and eMaint is always improving its system. I for one am very detailed when it comes to my inventory, reports, assets, etc. And the system allows me to do just that. I highly recommend this software to anyone looking to manage their operation in detail.
This has to be one of the slowest systems I have seen yet. They also like to install new upgrades to their system which takes away space you are allowed to have. Now the latest has it that the app kicks you off when ever you stop typing into it for longer then 5min. It is making it very difficult to do my job.
eMaint is the most user friendly CMMS I have ever used. It fits our needs perfectly, was a breeze to implement and they have first rate customer service, that you will hardly ever need. Highly recommended.
I've used MP2 in the past. We started using EMaint about a year ago. I like it for the most part, just wish our assets were entered in properly.
If you are familiar with eMaint then you know the interface is not very colorful and can be hard to use. There is also not a lot of training resources unless you like the DIY training videos they provide.
