I just want to share this great freeware from Cworks. It's Cworks CMMS and I used it for our repair and maintenance management and of course, for our scheduled preventive maintenance. Try it. I found it to be very useful.

I used the free version of CWorks for a few months and then upgraded to CWorks Plus. I have used CWorks Plus for 7 years now and I really like it. The Plus version is much less expensive than comparable products. ($100.00 vs. $1,000.00) The free version is quite powerful and is a good way to try it out. Tech support is very responsive and knowledgeable. They have both Malaysia- and US-based support so are available pretty close to 24/7.
